Privacy notice

Effective from: 28 September 2026

AI Mentorship is run by Arpan Mukherjee, 5057, Tower 4, D block, Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. I decide what personal data is collected here and how it is used. For questions, requests and complaints, email aimentorship.done@gmail.com.

What I collect

• When you apply: your name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, role, company and, if you give it, your city; the problem you want AI to solve; the lines you paste from an AI chat; your two consent ticks, and whether you ticked Email updates.
• When you join the waitlist: your name, your email and your tick.
• When you give feedback: your rating, your two answers, and whether you ticked Publish permission. The personal link in your follow-up email ties the feedback to your application, so you don't retype your details.
• With every form: which talk it is for, which ad or link brought you to the site (its utm_ tags, and a Google or Facebook click ID, gclid or fbclid, if the link carried one), and the page you sent it from.
• If you take a seat: the amount you paid and its UPI reference, the transcript of the session, and its recording if one is made.
• Emails you send me, including replies and unsubscribes.

How I use it

• To decide whom to invite, and at what price, and to email you about your application and your seat: the invitation, reminders, the receipt and joining details, and any cancellation.
• To prepare the session and, afterwards, to write your next steps.
• As the first consent box on the application says, your submitted material and session participation may be used to build an AI bot. In practice, your name and anything else that could identify you are removed first, and the bot is one I use myself and license to others. It is not part of what a seat buys.
• To email you about future talks, but only if you ticked Email updates on the application or joined the waitlist. To stop those emails, reply STOP to any of them.
• To publish your feedback with your first name and role, but only if you ticked Publish permission.
• To see which ads and links bring applications, using the tags above.
• To keep the payment records my accounts need.

The AI chat you paste

The lines you paste from an AI chat are used when deciding on invitations, preparing the session and, with anything that identifies you removed, building the bot. They are never emailed, never copied into follow-ups, and blanked after each talk's follow-ups go out. Please leave out anything confidential, yours or your employer's.

Transcript and recording

Sessions are transcribed on Zoom and may be recorded. The transcript is used to write each person's next steps and, with anything that identifies you removed, to build the bot. At the end of the session it is saved to my laptop, and deleted there once the next steps have gone out and the bot material is prepared. Zoom is set to delete its own copy automatically within 30 days. A recording, if one is made, is used only as the transcript is, never sent to anyone, and deleted within 30 days.

Who else handles your data

I use these services to run AI Mentorship:

• Google: Sheets and Drive hold the forms' answers and the payment records; Gmail sends and receives the emails.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site, and runs Turnstile, the check on each form that tells people from bots.
• Zoom: runs the live session, makes its transcript and holds any recording.
• Anthropic: its AI, Claude, helps me read applications and session transcripts, write your next steps and prepare the emails.

How long I keep it

Application and feedback answers are kept for 12 months after the talk they were for, and waitlist entries until you unsubscribe; then they are erased. A quote you let me publish stays up until you ask me to take it down. Payment records are kept for as long as the accounts require them. The pasted AI chat is blanked after each talk's follow-ups go out, as above. What goes into the bot has had everything that identifies you removed, so it stays after your details are erased.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• see a summary of the personal data I hold about you, what I do with it, and who else it has gone to;
• correct it, complete it or bring it up to date;
• have it erased: I blank your details, keeping only the amount and reference of any payment, which the accounts need;
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
• nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or can no longer use them yourself;
• complain to me, and if I don't resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ad trackers. While you browse, your browser keeps the link tags you arrived with in its session storage, so they go with your form; it forgets them when you close the tab. Each form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots.
