These terms cover a seat at an AI Mentorship talk. "I" and "me" means Arpan Mukherjee, who runs AI Mentorship; "you" means the person who applies for the seat.

Applying

Applying is free. I read every application myself and invite some of the people who apply. Applications for a talk close at the time shown on the talk's page.

Price and what a seat buys

The price of each talk is shown on its page; the standard price is ₹4,999. The amount in your invitation is the amount you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees.

A seat buys:

• a place in one live online session, on Zoom, for the length shown on the talk's page;
• a short set of next steps, written against the problem you described when you applied.

The joining details are yours alone. Please don't forward them.

Paying and confirming your seat

If I invite you, the invitation email gives the amount, my UPI ID and a payment reference. Pay by UPI and quote the reference, so I can match your payment to your name. Your seat is confirmed once I have matched the payment; you then get a receipt with the joining details.

An invitation holds your seat for the time it states. If payment hasn't arrived by then, the seat is released and nothing is owed. If your payment arrives after the hold has run out, I confirm your seat if one is still free; otherwise I refund it in full within 7 days.

Refunds

Seats are non-refundable: if you can't attend, the amount you paid is not returned.

If I cancel a talk, you get a full refund within 7 days — or, if you would rather, reply to the cancellation email and I will hold your seat for the next date at no extra charge.

If I move a talk to a new date or time, your seat moves with it. If you can't make the new time, tell me before the talk and you get a full refund within 7 days.

Transcript and recording

Every session is transcribed on Zoom and may be recorded. The application form asks for your consent to this, and you can't apply without it. I use the transcript to write each person's next steps. A recording, if one is made, is never shared.
